Khaled Sabri Holding launches RYAN TOWER in the central business district in the new administrative capital

Khaled Sabri Holding opened its new headquarters at Mall Concorde Plaza in New Cairo, in the presence of a large number of businessmen and members of the New Cairo Developers Association and the new administrative capital.

Engineer Khaled Sabri unveiled the design of the headquarters through the office of the engineering and architectural consultant Ayman Shawqi and the implementation of the Khaled Sabri Contracting and Finishing Company.

Engineer Khaled Sabri announced the launch of the company's latest projects in the new administrative capital, RYAN TOWER, in the CBD Central Business District, in front of the iconic tower.

He explained that the success of the company's first experiment with the "Ronza Tower" project in the new administrative capital supports its expansion plan to invest in a second project in the new administrative capital, pointing out that the administrative capital attracts the interest of all customers in the real estate market.

He noted that the new project is a land + 14 recurring role between the administrative, commercial, medical and hotel, with a natural area of up to 17,900 square meters, with areas ranging from 40 square meters ranging from commercial, medical, administrative and hotel. He noted that the consultant's office, Hafez Consultint (engineer Mohammed Hafez), had been contracted.

He confirmed that the company has a plan to implement a special project in the CBD central business district that meets the needs of the target customers and provides a business environment conducive to the performance of their tasks in a suitable working environment, as well as a variety of business Spaces that integrate activities within the project.

He stressed that ADC supported investors working in the administrative capital and was flexible in order to support investors' current plans and encourage them to repeat their experience and invest in the administrative capital, and that with the movement of district staff, the administrative capital was experiencing a rebound in investment.

He continued that the urban development that the state is currently implementing and the inauguration of a generation of smart new cities that includes many different investment opportunities that suit all investors, in addition to the strong demand in the real estate market for all segments, making the market need more real estate production.

He added that there is a distinct demand for investment in commercial and administrative units with a high investment return and a guaranteed investment in the new administrative capital, which brings a renewed return to the customer. This boosts the company's expansion business to add a third project in the capital, which will be announced soon.
