Mountain View inks partnership with AUC Venture Lab and AUC Innovation Hub
Mountain View, Leading real
estate developer, AUC’s startup incubator (AUC Venture
Lab), and AUC Innovation Hub (AUC iHub) inked a
cooperation agreement to launch “Mountain View Success Program” tailored to
develop entrepreneurs' skills and provide them with the needed competencies to kick
off their start-ups.
The partnership comes as a
translation of Mountain View's vision that is fueled by innovation and deeply
rooted by growth & development of creating distinctive communities for the adult
generation, offering an introduction program that occurs 4 times annually with
the aim of delivering the expertise of AUC Venture Lab to guide Mountain View’s
residents on how to kick start their careers.
Proceeding each round of the
program, a 3-day-course takes place entailing AUC experts and Mountain View’s
prominent residence to grant a one-of-its-kind practical experience to the
participants. Leveraging on the
company’s expertise in innovation and leadership, Mountain View will provide
the entrepreneurs after the completion of the program, with training and
opportunities where they can get hands-on experience to qualify them for the
labor market and execute their innovative projects on Mountain View’s premises.
AUC Venture Lab is the leading
accelerator in Middle East and Africa has accelerated more than 250 startups
covering multiple sectors including health tech, e-commerce, financial
technology, energy, sustainability, green economy, AI, logistics, mobility, in
addition to digital and creative industries. In 2019, AUC Venture Lab was named

In 2020 Mountain View tailored a "Youth
Development Program,” which aims to develop and empower the younger generations
aged between 8 to 16 years old through a tailored program to educate youth
about taking responsibility in making their own money, starting their own
businesses both practically and theoretically. Mountain View also launched “Cultural
Experiences program,” which aims to developing the youth community offering a
variety of activities and events to reinforce to the contribution of the
youth’s overall development. This reflects Mountain View’s long-term strategy
to bolster the residents’ journey starting from nurturing their skills at a
young age to supporting their future careers at a later stage through AUC’s
incubator AUC Venture Lab with aim of building an entrepreneurial mindset among
the participants.
