The Minister of Housing issues 20 administrative decisions to remove construction violations and violations in new cities

Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, issued 20 administrative decrees for the elimination of building infringements and violations in the new cities of Bani Suef, New Raq, Sector 1 of the Northwest Coast "Protection of the property of the Authority", stressing that the Ministry of Housing, represented by the new city authorities, will continue to eliminate all types of violations and infringements in the new cities in application of the law, to preserve their urban appearance and to prevent the appearance of any informal settlements.

Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar explained that 3 administrative decisions were issued to remove building violations in the new city of Beni Suef, which are represented in two building violations of two plots of land in your building 2, and a building violation on a piece of land in the first neighborhood of the city, and the issuance of 16 administrative decisions to remove building violations and violations in the first sector of the northern coast "to protect the property of the Authority", which is represented by the establishment of "floor houses" buildings, fences and other activities without title deeds or building permits, and an administrative decision was issued to remove building violations in the new city of Warraq, which is construction without a permit.

Decisions issued by the Minister of Housing stipulated that the removal should be carried out by the competent city authorities, with the assistance of the Construction Police and the competent police department.
