AFG ALFATH GROUP, one of the leading real estate developers, announced the launch of its new "sky bridge signature hub" project, a commercial and hotel management finance project in the most distinctive Downtown areas of the New Capital.
Salah al-Din al-Hilali, Chairman of the Board of Directors, revealed during the press conference to announce the inauguration of the project that it is characterized by a strategic and vital location, as it is located on 3 corners, a main street 70 meters, a 30-meter wide tourist walkway, and a 4-acre park, steps away from the Grand Mosque of Egypt.
Al-Hilali stressed that the project is an extension of the company's successful projects, as the Al-Fatah group has succeeded in developing many urban communities over the past 35 years in the Middle East and North Africa region and the Gulf countries, thanks to its long history of real estate, economic and agricultural development.

For his part, Eng. Mohammed Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the MRB Project Management Company, confirmed the contract to manage the “Sky Bridge” project, owned by afG Group, to be the joint venture company.
He revealed that several local and international champions had been contracted to open their headquarters for the project.
