Owagik Real Estate Development announced a contract with Upretor Medical Services to purchase an area of 614 meters to implement an integrated medical center.

Mohamed Al-Sayed, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, explained that Owagik Towers has purchased two roles entirely with the Owagik Towers project in the new administrative capital, which is owned by Owagik Real Estate Development Company, and Opretor is one of the largest medical services companies working in the market, which saw that the Owagik Towers project is a distinguished project, whether on site or engineering and construction designs, according to studies prepared on projects for the New Capital.

The project is located in the heart of Downtown, and the Green River. It has the view of the central park and main streets. The total area of the project is 8035 meters. It includes 596 units. It is a multi-activity (residential medical administrative and administrative) consisting of 4 basements and floors and 14 houses. The first land was allocated for commercial activity, cafes, restaurants and commercial stores with 82 shops starting from 35 meters.

He explained that, starting from the second floor, the project is divided into three different towers of activities, the first is a specialized administrative tower that includes (270) an office with areas starting from 38 metres fully finished and with adaptations, and the second is a specialized medical tower that includes (104) clinics and a medical centre for the first time in the New Capital as a whole with areas starting from 46 metres and the third is a hotel housing tower with complete finishing, mattresses and conditioning, with (140) residential units with areas starting from 63 metres.

Mohamed El-Sayed revealed that a consultation group for health care (Dr. Khaled Samir) was hired to determine the standard specifications required for the implementation of a specialized medical tower at the highest level. An engineering consultant +Dci (engineer Walid Morsi) was also hired to implement engineering and construction designs.

Mohamed Al-Syed added that the company specialized in management provided the entire project to ensure the quality of work on the project, noting that the company aims to achieve sales exceeding 2.2 billion pounds for the project and that it is scheduled to pump 250 million pounds as investments in the project during 2021 provided that delivery is done within three years of the date of the contract To prove the seriousness of work and adhere to delivery times, the company started working at the site as soon as the notification of land allocation and receipt is received.
