Edge Holding contracts with Accor International to manage the hotel portion of the Oia Towers project

Edge Holding signed a cooperation protocol with the Accor International Hotel Management Group to manage the company's hotel portion of the Oia Towers project in the New Capital.

The cooperation takes place for a renewable 20-year period, and Accor Global manages the company's hotel with the "Oia Towers" project under the "Sofitel" brand of the Accor Group,said Hazem al-Sharif, Head of the Board of Directors of Edge Holding.

During the company's conference, he explained that the Oia Towers hotel segment includes 200 hotel rooms and 300 hotel apartments.

He added that the company plans to start implementation of the "Oia Towers" project next April, which is its third project in the New Capital, and includes two 30-storey towers each.

The expected investment of the project is about 5 billion pounds, and it will include commercial, administrative and housing units with distinctive services. The project overlooks directly the Green River, the Ben Zayed axis and 4 major roads and is located next to the Al-Massa Hotel.

He unveiled the launch of the "Edge City" project in a month and a half over an area of 2.5 million metres in partnership with another partner, which would be a residential tourism project.
