The Marq Development implements 3 projects with a total investment of 5 billion pounds

The Marq Real Estate Development Company announced that its total investments in the real estate market will reach 5 billion pounds, including 3 projects in the east of Cairo region, and the company plans two new projects during 2022.

It is currently implementing the "The Marq New Cairo" project, and it is located on an area of 26 acres within the "I City" project in the new Cairo city, and the marketing of the project has almost ended, and 40% of the project has been implemented, and the project includes a residential part with investments of 650 million pounds, in addition to a commercial part that is implemented with the end of the project to provide its services to customers inside and outside the project, indicating that the implementation of the project is completed during 2023, said Amr Badr, head of The Marq Real Estate Development.

He added during the conference held by the company, that the Water marq is being implemented in the fifth cluster on an area of 20 acres, and includes 100 independent villas, with a total investment of two billion pounds and targeted sales of 3 billion pounds, and the company has finished marketing about 50% of the project.

He revealed the company's plan to launch two new projects during the current year in the east of Cairo, and the company also aims to achieve 7 billion pounds in contractual sales on its projects during the current year.

He stressed that the company is always looking for successful partnerships and the growth of its portfolio by examining the available investment opportunities that are commensurate with its expansion strategy, as the company seeks to expand its projects in areas attracting investment opportunities.

Eng. Moustafa Al-Assal, head of the engineering sector and a member of the company's board of directors, said that the construction work on the "Marq New Cairo" project was contributed by PMP Project and Project Management Consultant, Good Shepard, the project's general contractor, and Egy workers.

He added that about 40% of the project is built on and the rest will be green space. As for the architectural designs, they will be unique and unique to add more luxury and novelty at the same time."
