Mountain View delivers 1,300 units in five different projects in 2021 and its implementation of the Science of Happiness goes international

Building on the company’s achievements and its 15 years long success story in innovating and establishing integrated communities, Mountain View delivered 1,300 units in five different projects during last year, drawing on the clients’ trust in its projects, which has been the linchpin of its operations. “i-City New Cairo” headed the projects’ deliverables with 700 units delivery, followed by “Chillout Park” with 250 units delivery, Mountain View’s “Ras El Hekma” in the North Coast with 200 units delivery, while “i-City 6th of October” witnessed the delivery of 90 units and 60 units were delivered in “October Park” Project

With EGP 20 bn sales volume in 2021, the company is one of the leading real estate companies in Egypt in terms of sales, leveraging the company’s ability to develop innovative projects with state-of-the-art designs and applying the “Science of Happiness” in cooperation with internationally recognized specialized corporates

Mountain View also achieved the highest unit sales volume in its history; selling 5,500 units of its residential and administrative projects in East and West Greater Cairo. The New Phase of “i-City New Cairo” project “Lagoon Beach Park” took the lion’s share of 2021 total sales with 24% (about EGP 4.75 billion), despite being launched only last August, the project achieved the highest sales volume for any real estate project in New Cairo in the last quarter of 2021. This latest milestone reflects the project’s unmatched experience and its innovative living concept introduced through the versatile activities and water sports available all year round for the first time in the heart of New Cairo

On an international level as well, Mountain View was featured in the best-selling book in Wall Street, USA “Beyond Happiness” where the book, written by Jenn Lim CEO and Chief Happiness Officer of Delivering Happiness” Company, dedicated an entire chapter to Mountain View and how it applied the “Science of Happiness concept. The company was also the first Egyptian developer to participate in BOMA International Conference and Expo in Boston, USA, which offers exceptional opportunities for professional real estate developers. This stems from the company’s fruitful international collaborations with the most established entities in the world like “Delivering Happiness”, in order to apply the Science of Happiness in its projects and to increase productivity in the work environment

 In terms of design, Mountain View also collaborated with CallisonRTKL one of the most established global engineering and consulting design companies

As for local partnerships, Mountain View inked a significant partnership with the Ministry of Housing, through New Urban Communities Authority, to implement “i-City New Cairo” project which is considered a reap of the fruitful collaboration and the first of its kind PPP between the government and the private sector. Prime Minister Prof. Dr. Mostafa Madbouly along with Prof. Assem El Gazzar Minister of Housing inaugurated the first phase of the project mid last year

Mountain View signed two partnerships with major telecommunications and information technology companies, with the aim of providing the latest technological services to guarantee comfort, privacy and safety to its clients. The company collaborated with Huawei Technologies Co., a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT), to develop the technological infrastructure of i-City Mountain View, and Orange Egypt to provide Triple Play services across its residential projects. The company also contracted Intercontinental Hotels Group, one of the world's leading hospitality companies, to manage and operate the hotel apartments in iCity project with international standards that goes with the prestigious quality of the project

In line with the company’s vision and interest in creating an integrated community and its eagerness to develop future leaders, the company established “MV Club” in i-City New Cairo for all Mountain View’s communities, aiming to build the youth capabilities and nurture them to be future leaders and influential individuals in society
