He added that the Group’s vision extends beyond developing a diverse portfolio of real estate projects to building an integrated system that creates tangible value for customers and investors. This is achieved by focusing on the details that make a difference to the quality of the final product, from design and planning through execution and fit-out, and ultimately to management and operations.

He emphasized that HTG aims to strengthen its market presence in the coming period by developing more integrated real estate products and building partnerships that support its growth and expansion plans.

Tarek Baha: HTG’s Next Five Years Will Focus on Execution, Delivery, Operations, and Building Trust

For his part, Eng. Tarek Baha, CEO of HTG – HomeTown Group, stated that the Group has established six key pillars to guide its strategy over the next five years. These include commitment to delivery, completing projects currently under development, operating completed projects, enhancing the customer experience, maintaining quality, and building strong partnerships that support growth and expansion.

“The next five years for HTG will not simply be years of expansion. Above all, they will be years of achievement, delivery, operations, and building greater trust with our customers,” Baha said.

He explained that the Group intends to prioritize the completion of existing projects, accelerate construction progress, and enhance the readiness of projects that have reached advanced stages, while simultaneously developing its operational and management systems to preserve asset quality and strengthen project value after delivery.

Baha added that over nine years, HTG has built a portfolio of nine projects across four different areas, enabling it to gain diverse experience in addressing the characteristics of different projects, customer needs, and market developments.

“We are not starting from scratch. We are building on nine years of experience, with a clearer vision and a more integrated operating model,” he said.

He further noted that the selection of partners was driven by the importance of specialization and integration across the various components of a real estate project. Collaboration with experienced firms in design, landscaping, lighting, and operations strengthens the Group’s ability to deliver integrated projects in which product quality is closely linked to user experience and operational efficiency.
